We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with ThumbGenius. No questions asked.
Email us at support@thumbgenius.in with your registered email and reason. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase, or if the account has been found to violate our Terms of Service.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. Contact us if you need a refund for the current period.
